Ms. Hilleman is Chairperson of the Board of Omada Health, and currently serves on boards including NovoCure (NASDAQ: NVCR) and SI-Bone (NASDAQ: SIBN). As a global public company CFO, Ms. Hilleman was responsible for raising over one billion dollars in capital, including 5 successful initial public offerings, and executed numerous M&A transactions. She previously served as CFO of multiple public medical device, biotechnology and technology companies including Intersect ENT, Ocera Therapeutics, Amyris and Symyx Technologies. Ms. Hilleman holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA in medical sciences from Brown University.
