Mr. Meyer has 25+ years of experience in investment banking and strategic advisory and has worked on a broad range of assignments across a number of industry sectors.

Mr. Meyer is the founding partner of and a senior advisor at Ducera Partners, a boutique investment bank, and has vast experience in M&A, financial and other advisory services. He was a founding member of Millstein & Co, a managing director of Perella Weinberg Partners, director in the financial restructuring group of Houlihan Lokey and a member of the M&A group at Lazard. Mr. Meyer is a graduate of Harvard University and currently serves on the board of directors of Aveng Group, AliveDx and Santhera.

Dr. David H. Persing, MD, PhD

Dr. Persing was Executive Vice President and Chief Medical & Scientific Officer at Cepheid, and was the Chief Scientific Officer for the Danaher Diagnostics platform after the acquisition of Cepheid in 2016.
