As an organization, we encourage the responsible use of AI to improve efficiency - but believe it should support (not replace) your own ideas, experiences, and expertise.

If you choose to use AI during the application process, please keep the following guidelines in mind.

  • CV: Your CV gives you the chance to showcase your professional journey, experience and skills. It should be a truthful and accurate reflection of your background. If AI is used, it may only support improvements in structure, formatting, or clarity, not the content itself.
  • Motivation Letter: Your motivation letter is an opportunity to share why you are interested in joining Biocartis in your own words. AI use should be limited to supporting language refinement or proofreading, without generating or changing the content or motivation.
  • Interview Preparation: We encourage you to prepare thoroughly for your interviews. AI tools can be helpful here - for example, to practise interview techniques or explore the diagnostics landscape - but they should not be used to prepare ready-made answers.
  • Interviews: Interviews are about getting to know you – your experience, your thinking, and how you could contribute to our mission. We value hearing your own genuine responses. For that reason, the use of AI tools during interviews is not permitted.
