The fully automated IdyllaTMctEGFR Mutation Assay (RUO), fast and easy to perform, can be used to determine the EGFR mutation status using liquid biopsy plasma samples. IdyllaTMctEGFR covers 49 EGFR mutations in exons 18, 19, 20 & 21 and showed high concordance compared to NGS.1
